Juniper Square — Product visualization Active

A year of making a complex product simple to see.

I joined Juniper Square in April 2025 to make the product easier to see. Since then I've turned its screens into storyboards, monthly videos, two sizzle reels, product and landing pages, and campaign assets. The AI CRM reel is near 1M views on YouTube. Lately the whole process runs with AI in the loop — including a brand-system foundation I built inside Claude, so the team can make on-brand marketing all from one place.

Nine videos in a year, 1M views on the headline reel.

Over the past year I storyboarded and directed nine videos with a video agency — seven monthly product updates and two sizzle reels. The AI CRM reel below is near 1 million views on YouTube, which only happens when people understand what they're watching.

Cut down, again and again, until the interaction is clear.

Much of the year went into cutting busy screens down to the one thing each piece needs to show. Six examples below — dashboards, AI drafting, investor comments, the investor portal, staff review flow, and the human checks built into JunieAI. Each is a real moment from the product, trimmed to what a viewer can take in at a glance.

A few months of making everything with AI.

Lately the whole process runs with AI in the loop — storyboards, copy, layout, production. The clearest piece of it is the brand-system foundation I built for Juniper Square inside Claude: the same visual rules, written so Claude can read them — so the team can make on-brand marketing in Claude Design and the Claude plugin, all from one place.

On the right is my own experiment: a rebuild of the Juniper Square homepage in Claude Design, using it to refresh the brand and push the product story further than the live page does today.

Outcome

A year in, there's one clear product story running across pages, videos, social, and ads. These days AI runs through the whole process — storyboards, copy, layout, production — anchored by a brand-system foundation I built inside Claude, so the team can make on-brand marketing from one place.
